# renoise-flatpak
This project aims to convert a .tar.gz file, as it comes from Renoise Backstage, and package it as a flatpak for flatpak use.

- Uses a runtime wrapper to expand $HOME for plugin paths.
- Uses ~/.local/share/audio/{vst,vst3,ladspa,dssi} as canonical plugin locations.
- Automatically creates those directories on first launch.
- Requires the proprietary Renoise Linux installer (rns_*.tar.gz) to build.
- Produces a standalone .flatpak suitable for personal installation.

## BUILDING
Building requires flatpak-builder

Drop a copy of Renoise as it comes from Renoise Backstage (rns_*.tar.gz) into the directory
run build.sh to get a new .flatpak
